About the Event
Over 3 years ago we hosted our last Honor Meal: A five-course honor-system dinner experience for a small group of guests cooked by Jonathan Hillis and hosted by Rachael Hillis in The Greenwood Dinning Room. Courses varied each time from Chicken Feet Broths to Charred Roman Salads to Salami Balsamic Cashews to Gnocchi Ramen to Bailey's Cappuccinos.
While we are looking to do Honor Meal again in the future, we are grateful to invite you to our Greenwood Cooking Class + Dining Experience. This will be an interactive learning opportunity where we will collaboratively prepare a dinner that tantalizes our taste buds. This experience will enhance our understanding of flavors and cooking techniques, enabling us to apply these lessons to consistently create delicious and nutritious meals.
