The vineyard is being tended to by Niesje. This year was our first year to harvest the grapes. We loved having everyone out to help with the harvest. Niesje is collaborating/interning with a local winemaker to learn the art of winemaking while making our first batch of wine. The wine is in the second stage of fermentation and should be ready in 18 months.
